What to include

- Whether the issue is about credits, subscription, restore purchase, or image quality.
- A screenshot of the issue if it helps explain the problem.
Purchases and restore
WedWow uses Apple In-App Purchase through RevenueCat. If a purchase completed but credits did not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app and then contact support if the balance still looks wrong.
Image quality
For better results, use a clear couple photo with both faces visible, avoid heavy filters, and start with Preview before spending more credits on Studio or Print quality.
